Role Overview We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support. This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities. Requirements - Senior Account professionals - CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Financial Director, VP (Finance), other Senior Finance Experts - Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters (especially US based SMBs) - Must have an experience working with/advising three or more organizations - 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields. - Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant. - Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries. Responsibilities - Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance. - Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions. - Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.
