Employment Lawyer

Role Title: Employment Lawyer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote, US-based only micro1 is seeking experienced Employment Lawyers to contribute to a project focused on improving AI systems' legal reasoning and accuracy. You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models. Scope of Work - Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment. - Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness. - Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning. - Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs. Required Qualifications - J.D. degree from a U.S. law school. - Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia. - More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law. - Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills. - Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
