This role is ideal for an energetic recruiting professional passionate about building robust pipelines and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. While the primary work is remote, you’ll be based in San Francisco and play a pivotal role at local career fairs and events every 1-2 weeks. Key Responsibilities: - Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding. - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy. - Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress. - Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability. - Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent. - Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations. - Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting. - Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities. - Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local recruiting channels. - Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands. - Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments. - Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem. - Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
